Lack of vision in company - Recensione dipendente - Deputy Manager Design presso KION INDIA PRIVATE

-Kion India culutre is not good. Whole company is controlled by single person at top. -VP's , Dept. heads are not competent to have that position but they are there due to hand of that single person on there head. -Unrealistic targets are set & there is variable pay which you do not get 100% anytime -Lot of pressure from top management on employee's for achieving unrealistic target. -Company is far from city & there is no transport facility. -HR head is worst. He did not have manners of how to speak with employees. -Salary is very poor also increment also very less. -6 days working.
