Good company environment; People there are very friendly

The work is quite easy

It felt good working at this company because of their work in the Health and Human Service Industry. I felt that services the company provided would help non-profit organizations and in turn allow the non-profits to reach a larger audience. The schedule was laid back and the other benefits were generous.

The custom software created by the company is just patched and not fixed. This leads to a poor product and frustrated clients and employees. Management doesn't reward hard work or take suggestions well.
