1. No authority to listen and resolve the problems and complaints of the branch staff. 2. Medical insurance not given for above 22000 salaried staffs 3 . No security in employees lives

I have been with KLM AXIVA for almost four years. In these four years, I have received full support from the head office whenever I have done business correctly. So far, I have not had any negative thoughts or negative experiences from the company. So, it's good.

There is no medical insurance for the staff working here. So, it would be great if everyone working here could be provided with medical insurance. That is the only negative thing we can say about this company. Otherwise, there is nothing else. Everyone has all the support. Small request, please provide medical insurance for everyone.
