The Partners/Executives have no problem lending a hand at any level when needed whether it be high level assistance or simply making photocopies. It truly is a team environment. In turn our hard work is rewarded by KMB sponsored social events, weekly breakfast buffets, and now unlimited access to the KMB Gym. I have been an employee for 8.5 years and plan on many more.
