Enormous sales pressure, no support from installation team..for every sales order and its after sales support, the concerned sales executive is responsible whether its the installation fault or anyone's else, sales person is responsible for everything. Apart from sales pressure, sales people are responsible for collection, drawing approval, ratings, handover etc etc.. No personal life , The main reason is that our end clients are totally useless people like uneducated builders, contractors and now management is also same

The hiring process was fluid. The emails were timely with lots of support for any questions or clarification. The background check was flexible. I was able to participate in the screening process while away from home. I appreciate the flexibility and respectful conversations with the human resource and management teams.
