      Work schedule is four 10’s which provides Friday’s off. Upper management seems concerned with conflict. Some at company are open to new ideas not yet explored; others want to keep the status quo in a desperate attempt to maintain control (minus two). Flexible with time.

      Svantaggi

      Very cliquish. In the end, management allows for other employees to run roughshod with others even though they know their wrong. (Goes hand-in-hand with cliquish) Very sterile work environment. Church like quiet.

      Most Coworkers are like family! Lower level management is very friendly, easy to talk to, and caring about their employees.

      For the type of work it is, there are no incentives to work there! No bonuses, hourly pay is minimal, and if you do get a raise it can be taken due to attendance issues. It's one of the hardest and most physically demanding departments if you're on the autoline, but one of the lowest paying factories in the area.
