Poorly led - Recensione dipendente - Recruitment Consultant presso KPI Recruiting

Led by a team of "directors" who use scare tactics and bullying to get you do what they want. Commission structure absolutely awful or none existent. HR is basically none existent with zero experience. Disgusting office, very unclean and unsanitary and full of rats. No option to work from home. No sensitivity around personal issues/bereavement, expect to be penalised for having a life outside of work. Sometimes life happens, but they couldn't give a crap. The worst company I have ever worked for, ran by absolute clowns. Expect to be ignored by managers, spoken to like crap and on edge because you never know when you'll be sacked or let go, one or the other will happen without warning.
