- Horrible Bonus structure (You never get the full bonus, always something),
- Benefits seem to get worse as years go on.
- Company built like a tree, too many managers and not enough actual workers.
- Pay is below average. The pay increases are like 1.5% yearly which is not worth what you have to put up with.
- Zero Growth. You can learn all you want, but it won't get you a better job or pay. Just more responsibilities.
- CEO is a moron (Not Larry, Larry cared about people) the new CEO cares only about saying "ummm" and only cares about money.
- Extremely high turnover rate for a smaller company of 450. I think there has been 100+ leave or get fired in 2025 already and its only August.
- HR is garbage.
- They do not hire or promote within whatsoever.
- Executive leadership team are some of the worse people you will ever work with. No idea what they are doing.
