      The workload is ridiculous. You are expected to work in excess of 10 to 12 hours a day regardless of whether it is “busy season” or not. The culture is one of bureaucracy and people are constantly labelled according to their grade and put down. Not a motivating company to work for.

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
