      .Very poor work culture . Management doesn't take any action against Bullies . Many people are exploited to work long hours without any extra pay, sometimes more than 16 to 17 hours in a day. If they refuse then they are replaced with trainees or bullied. Many people in my team including senior staff resigned due to such work culture.

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
