Many reviews are made by the Audit and Tax departments that have the best of what the organization offers. I give a view if you are not working as a Auditor or in Tax. The management do not really care about the rest of the back office staff. Their focus is on Tax and Audit employee. Too much political play on the management level are actually an obstacle for the growth of the company. Top management does not have a clear sight of what they want to achieve in the long run. Partners maybe good at what they do (skill and knowledge wise) but most are not good at managing people. There is blame culture and BU are working in Silos.
