You get to do a little bit in a lot of areas.

You're forced to take on roles someone in your position wouldn't normally do because it's a small company.

Very flexible hours. For the most part, employees are given the opportunity to come up with their own story/show ideas which allowed myself and others to exercise a good amount of creativity.

Despite the fact that KSBI is a television station, the communication within the organization, from top management to its employees was non-existent. Couple that with a lack of funding and the end result is a disaster.
