In my experience Kuka has a family style environment. Everyone is easy to work with and the team is flexible.

Although some managers are helpful when there are home life situations there is no plan for any type of remote positions available.

Flexible around personal things that come up, events for employees, good benefits.

The company often tries to take on more work than they have staff for.
