KW2's values are authenticity, positivity, and endless self-improvement. These values are lived out every day in this company; the leadership and all of the employees are positive, mature, and kind. Working here taught me so much, and I'm honored to have worked with such talented, smart, and gracious people. In addition to the great culture, KW2 offers excellent benefits, such as generous PTO and wonderful health insurance. I recently left so that I could work closer to home (a five-minute walk). I'll come back to visit and always have respect for these people. I'm grateful to have had this experience.
