      The main product is a truly great product. The start salary is good but lack of growth possible or advancement.

      This is my opinion of the company: Management. Drama within management. Terrible work life balance. Unrealistic goals. Micromanaging is EVERYWHERE. No career growth or advancement. Will be constantly spoke down to. Insane hours. Unwillingness to listen and take advice. Poor benefits. Lots of talk about greatness and advancement but never happens. Is known as a revolving door for employment. Was made aware they lost in an approximate 8 month window in their new facility they lost both office executive assistants, CFO, Regional Sales Manager, 2 separate General Managers, IT Developer, Market Manager, and Production Manger. Will be expected to live and breathe the company above literally all us including family. Please ask around before pursuing.

      1. Pay is competitive for region 2. Manufacture a great product.

      1. Leadership is very unstable and treats employees with little trust or respect. 2. Low moral throughout the company 3. Benefits are horrible. Insurance package was not at all suitable for my family 4. Vacation is not allowed October through December. 5. Expected to respond to calls and emails on the weekend even though work hours were 8am to 4:30 pm M-F 6. I believe this company will eventually close its doors soon 7. Management does not value your ideas or suggestions to improve the business. 8. Very stressful environment 9. Senior management very inept when it comes to plotting a direction for the company, lacking innovation part of company name
