- Lack of direction and guidance from upper management. After working at my current company, I realized that Kaleo didn't teach me a single thing to progress my professional skills - Half of the employees are remote so there's some disconnect between departments - Low number of sales, not a hopeful future unless the product improves and becomes more marketable in more industries
