Their importance is rather on saving their faces among their bosses. - Constant work pressure to do this and that. - No concern for the health of an employee. You feel exhausted day-in, day-out - No appreciation for the good deeds. - You get blamed for the mistakes. - No proper HR policies. They don't even conduct any anonymous review for managers or the company(as far as I was there) - No proper exit interviews. They don't care about what you think as long as they can keep the engine running. - Not a for-tech company. Just a company in the tech business. - They rip you off of your health and your personal time. Simply no concerns at all.
