- Managers are understaning and flexible people - They care about your feedbacks (they take your suggestions into account) - The workload is reasonable - They support you for learning (you should be active and ask) - There are lots of potentials for improving the product (performance, etc) and it gives you the opportunity to have new experience in new areas I had doubt joinging Kalido after reading the super negative review on glassdoor, I talked to some poeple who had worked for Kalido before to make sure it's a good environment to work at. I'm glad I decided to join the team and I am considering continue my cooperation for long time.

Nothing really to mention, I just remember for the first couple of months there were a lot of things to understand about the code, and needed to work over time. I was under stress.
