Upper management is either totally incompetent or they're just waiting for their next bonus. They don't know the business and have hired middle management that doesn't know it either. Anyone who knows anything is either laid-off or shuffled off to no interfere. No new products in development and the parent company is starving them for development funds. Lots of stress, total emphasis on money and schedule, no clue as to how to make things work or develop new products.
