I started working for Kambr as a Junior Software developer and I can say it’s one of the best working experiences I had by far: the environment is amazing, colleagues are highly skilled and always there to help and guide. Every day offers new challenges and the people in the company are always ready and energetic about them. It’s impressive how smoothly the teams work together. The management has a clear vision about the company’s ambitious goals and helps to keep a warm and welcoming atmosphere as it’s really open to talk and discuss everything with everyone. Every person in the company is invited to give feedbacks to improve every aspect of working in Kambr, and feedbacks are seriously taken into account. You really feel a part of something amazing, and it’s a great feeling. One of the biggest pros is the flexibility in terms of working remotely, which allows to maintain a great work-life balance.
