Kanopy Insurance was founded by a man with a vision that searching for insurance should provide a better, easier, and less hectic experience to consumers. This is apparent to the employees who have the opportunity work there. The benefits of working for Kanopy Insurance is that the expectations are clear cut and nothing is ever sugar coated. The comp plans are extremely competitive, and management doesn't have a corporate mentality with regards to employees. Kanopy Insurance cares about their employees and are always transparent with personal and company goals that benefit us and the company. I am happy to work for Kanopy, because Kanopy works for me.

While it doesn't hurt Kanopy's integrity, the only thing about not adopting a corporate (profit over people) mindset is that there is a heightened necessity for personal accountability. Kanopy prides itself on being a job where you can have fun while being the best, and is a company that is learning as it grows. Kanopy strives to accomodate all of it's employees in the best way possible and while there may be hiccups it is trending in a positive direction in all phases moving forward.
