The Management is also eager to help employees advance their careers and participate throughout the company in different ways.

If you want an extremely structured work environment, this is not it. I enjoy the flexibility, but others may not. Also, as a part time employee there are no health benefits or vacation time befits provided, but this seems pretty standard from what I have seen and experienced.
