Feels like you make a difference with several of the students. Lesson plans are well-produced and major changes happen in directions that make teaching more consistent and useful to students.

Several errata to products soon after each revision. More time could be spent on Development before release to public. Release dates are firm, making technical difficulties problematic when not fully tested. Class schedules also make it difficult to have a consistent 'weekend' as students are generally only available evenings or weekends. Finding an entire day off per week is usually possible, but getting two is harder.
