Great support system for new and veteran instructors alike, company likes to promote from within. Really solid curriculum and meaningful mission. It's fun to take folks who are really motivated to learn better strategic reading and quantitative skills and turn them into better critical thinkers.

Commutes can really eat into your effective hourly rate. For GRE and GMAT classes, it's possible to spend longer on a bus (not getting paid) than teaching. Also, not all market fill all classes. If you're in a slow area, you may find that classes you were booked to teach are cancelled.
