Extremely unhealthy working environment, too crowded with staff and students working in a room with no windows. Students under some duress to attend when unwell - they have high attendance requirements regarding visas. Poor technology - not sufficient IT. Work is too regimented and repetitive, too focused on mandatory questions in repetitive questionnaires. Very little training on the actual job.
