Great role for a student! You get so much autonomy to make your own hours, explore different ideas, and execute your own lead generation methods. Manager generally checks in every 1-2 weeks.

Svantaggi

Sometimes vague expectations, no rewards or recognition for going above and beyond. Beginning to get more stringent on where leads come from. (For example: I did a great job promoting our course offerings through online social networking sites, in the last year I worked there, we were only allowed to collect paper leads.)
