Let me tell you, this place is a dream job! Kapow is poised to crush it in 2016 - top leaders in their supply, marketing, sales, and communications divisions to start. An Agile company with the coaching to back it up, they are excellent in mentoring young talent as well as providing a challenge to even the most seasoned vet. This is a fast-moving company with substantial and frequent improvements to their product. Kapow has managed to corner the market and apply the kind of leverage that makes Steve Austin run like a sissy from the ring, and I see them going much further down this road they are paving with great speed and efficiency. One by one, as the barriers fall, this little engine will soon become one of the unicorns of start-ups, envied by the rest of the wannabes in this space, and everyone will be wishing they had jumped on board before Kapow put The Stunner on the events marketplace!
