Most of the people are fun to work with and will teach you something. Ask the right person and they'll teach you everything. Most satellite offices have more competent management than the head office. If you're popular amongst C-Suite, you'll never be in trouble.

If you're not best friends with HR, you'll get nowhere. No raises. Incompetent management. Some, not all, managers will indirectly humiliate your co-workers in front of the department.
