This is a great stepping stone to get into the world of I.T.. I had always been good with computers but this job pushed me to be great. Working on 4-5 computers a day 5 days a week quickly adds up. At times this job proves difficult, that's where the General Manager really shines. His balance of personal and professional skills that he brings to every conversation is evident. I really enjoyed speaking with him on a daily basis and learning everything he had to offer. He's one of the reasons I've excelled so far in my new position. Thank you to the team, this is a fun job with a great management team lead by an awesome general manager.

To be honest, you drive quite a bit, they were very upfront about this in the interview, but if you drive a jeep or a gas guzzler, you may want to rethink this. I easily turn this con into a pro though because with MileIQ I could track $0.58/mile which to be frank brought down my total taxes and allowed me to recognize huge write offs. All in the life of being a 1099! Oh and sometimes if you are heading home because you had a cancellation, the dispatch team will find another ticket -- words of wisdom, go find a mcdonalds and hang out for a bit, bring a laptop and chat with your corworkers in slack.
