Cheap Small time company. No office in usa, just a virtual office address. all their employees are here. They fire employees every month, so no job guarantee. Bad office ambience, People talk in local language bengali all the time, i dont understand. In large companies they talk in english everyehere. Bad HR. They cut from salary for any reason, coming 2 minutes late. Once i arrived 10:02, they talked about firing me. In the end of month i saw a rs 10000 deduction in salary, they applied various rules of conduct and charged me with rs 10000, only got 4500. left the company then. Now i'm working in a different company in US. SO i visited karmick's US office just for kicks, and lo behold, there is 1 room office with no employee calling it as virtual office where they redirect all US phone calls to kolkata.
