Its a CEO centric organization not the employee centric. You can still join at entry/junior role but don't join on Mid level or Senior level. If you are favorite of CEO then you can get promotions, salary hike, opportunities (even if you don't have domain knowledge) but that's so true. You have to be really flexible to be available on calls even your office did not start from that time and get scolded by CEO in front of whole Janta which is insulting and embarrassing.
