The salary is extremely low compared to anywhere else. The CEO, COO and the rest of the executive team are all older white folks who micromanage everyone and run the company with a very conservative approach. The response to COVID was horrible, the CEO did not leave office until was forced to do so by the government Every Friday there is a call with the entire company present (every employee from all over the world). During this call the Executives berate all Sales/Account leaders who have been unable to match certain numbers in front of the entire company.
