Leadership has a great vision for technologies, both needed today, and for what will be the next big thing in the future. The team here loves to work hard and to play hard. They run fast and nimble for their size.

Sometimes last minutes changes/decisions are painful, but usually done for good reason. The highly distributed nature of the company means that you have to be especially good at communication in so much as your job requires it. I am on the line with people from all over th world so time zones and meetings sometimes make schedules a little weird, but really that minor inconvenience is compensated by the fact that I can do those calls wherever I am.
