Transparency and behavior from leadership are the most significant red flags at this company. Communication from the top is chronically inconsistent. Commitments are made and then quietly walked back, timelines shift without explanation, and questions about the company's direction and future are routinely deflected or ignored altogether. Over time, a clear pattern emerges: information shared by leadership frequently turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete. This isn't an occasional misstep, it's the norm. The result is a culture of uncertainty where employees are left second-guessing every decision and struggling to plan their own careers with any confidence.
