The R&D teams are true experts in the field. It is a relaxed work atmosphere with a diverse and mostly young workforce. Benefits are excellent and compensation is good.

Very little attention is paid to career development and succession planning. At times it feels like only if you are a Russian you have a chance for a promotion to a global position.The HQ control on the local offices can be asphyxiating for innovation and productivity. Questioning authority is not welcome.
