Respectful management. After a while your coworkers feel like good friends. Most managers are genuinely good to their immediate employees. Regular work hours in most departments. It felt like most people had a good balance of work and life activities. Comfortable work environment. Secure facility. Parking is close, free, and readily available.

Stuck in a rut. No room for advancement, rarely an opportunity for a change in position or promotion. The company goes through ups and down often. I witnessed many of my coworkers being asked to work long hours during the week and then work from home on the weekend. This did not happen to me but it was not isolated to one department.
