A flexible work environment with innovative solutions

The company is up and coming so there are not a lot of cons right now.

Pay was good at first, until CEO changed commission constantly.

They are always micromanaging. Everyone in management thinks they are way smarter than they really are. The CEO constantly moves the goal post in order to pay workers less. No intelligence or leadership AT ALL, and everyone in leadership is a "yes man" to the CEO. This place was an absolute joke.
