Great Workplace. I have never experienced so much growth in any other company! The Skills, People, and Environment will keep your spirit's up while improving yourself and skillsets every single day. If you seek to grow yourself and want to obtain great things then this company will do that and more, if you apply yourself!

I honestly can not think of any cons. They are very attentive to detail and each part of the business they execute perfectly.

The starting pay was nice, until they took it away.

All of it. The place is a walking red flag. If the Director decides she doesn't like you one day, she will write you up and slash your pay. The owner watches everything from cameras all around the office and is extremely creepy. They expect employees to come in before 6:45 in the morning because "on time is late". When they terminate employees, they try to convince them to resign so they don't have to pay unemployment. I have never experienced a more unprofessional, toxic environment.
