The effort demanded is far greater than what is rewarded. Unrealistic targets and constant pressure without adequate support from management. Lack of appreciation and recognition for consistent performance. Poor work-life balance; extended hours are expected but not fairly compensated. Management lacks empathy and understanding toward employee concerns. Employee feedback is rarely acknowledged or implemented. High workload with limited resources, resulting in frequent burnout.
