Low pay/pay inequity between upper management and lower management. Rules are unequally applied across the organization based on personal preference. Upper management shows blatant disrespect for programs staff and micromanages them. Employees who are favored by management are given special treatment while others are pushed out. Management vocally wonders why the employee turnover rate is so high, and yet refuses to make any changes or acknowledge the low pay.
