A lot of turnover. It seemed like processes changed a lot & leadership would go back and forth a lot. I didn't feel like I had opportunities for promotions, and the likelihood of work from home continuing after covid seemed like it wouldn't be happening. In my opinion, there should be sick days available instead of having to use PTO. No 401k match, no equity, no gym benefits.
I felt that group messaging could have been better; all hands meetings ran pretty long. Speaking could have been limited to 5 minutes per department and introductions for new employees could have taken 10-15 minutes tops. Many all hands meetings also could have been an email.
I didn't feel comfortable addressing any improvements for the company during my time there. There was a lot of micromanaging & top-down messaging that people I reported to probably didn't want to have to deal with, but needed to appease the ceo.
