Construction industry is ever changing and can be hard to keep up.

Experienced staff, profit sharing opportunities, had some really good craftsmen to work with in the field. Newer lifts and equipment, than other contractors I've worked for, they seemed to invest well in that regard.

While I was there a lot of travel was involved, but they also had a good amount of local work most of the time. Starting wage was pretty low, but you can work your way up. Lack of true apprenticeship program was a downside, the union shops do a much better job of training because of the apprenticeship. Also used a lot of temp workers that were not very skilled or professional.
