Unlike some temp and staffing agencies there are no tricks or hidden rules. Everything is very clear on the employment contract including the conditions of employment and compensation. I get as many hours as I was promised and overtime is sometimes available. I have my schedule two or three weeks in advance which is definitely better than most staffing agencies. I always know what is expected of me and I have management that is responsive to any personal or professional needs that may come up.

Thousands of people work for Kelly and the turnover rate is very high. You often feel like a number but I honestly wouldn't expect and different from a staffing agency.
