Its well know at kelly if you want to make more, you will need to leave and come back 6 months later and you'll get a 20K+ raise. I was with them for 8 years. the last year with them, I got hired as in to a lead role and everyone on the team made WAY more then me. I asked for an increase, they said no. When I gave my notice a few weeks later, they asked to counter my offer that was 10K more than what I asked them for to begin with. I did not accept their counter offer.
