They will add more workload to you but will not give you a raise. The excuse will always be “I’ll speak to leadership” but the raise will not arrive after months of waiting. When you press the issue, they let you go. The actual manager isn’t great but the one right under her “Amy” is fantastic. She is the sole reason my experience there was somewhat okay. Also, they will not train you but Amy will walk you through anything you need help with. On top of not training you - they’ll complain if you aren’t catching on fast enough
