Growth is almost non-existent for analysts. Flat 3% raise is just not enough. It will be difficult to keep analyst at this pay rate and barely any raise. There's pretty much no room for promotion or growth unless there's an opening to the sponsor company to transfer over. No guarantees. Good for a steady job, but after 1-2 yrs, it's time to move on.
