There are very few, the hours are nice because you seem to get a longer weekend, they do host a variety of events during non pandemic times, or so I heard. They do give out bonuses during the holidays but with how little you are paid they make next to no difference. Some of the people here will be helpful and try to make sure you succeed but they are few and far between.

Oh where do I start, this place has a very toxic working environment. It seems there are people in there who receive preferential treatment, every manager has their favorites, and the diversity within the company is nonexistent. They will constantly have you moving around and shifting between tasks because they are slow and don’t have enough work to have everyone being productive in their own assigned department. You can come in everyday, do your job, keep your head down and they will still find a way to create pointless drama and try to create issues. Harassment is abundantly clear and accepted here. They have people who within the company display racist propaganda and nothing is done about it. You can tell management and supervisors about the issues you have and they will brush it off like it’s not a big deal. Pay rates are not up to par and for the amount of work you will be doing you are drastically underpaid. Supervisors are not very knowledgeable and they will pair you up with another employee who has basic knowledge to train and that first day is basically all you get. After that if you have questions or need assistance you’re expected to go to other employees or figure it out. They do not offer many advancement opportunities though they will reel you in saying they do. The upper management cannot seem to get it together and don’t seem to understand why their turn over rate is so high. All in all I would not suggest working here. Upper management will not be of any help and you will left to basically fend for yourself to learn your specific job criteria, and will be highly blamed for your mistakes! There are some people in this workplace who will go above and beyond to try to help you succeed but they are few and far between.
