Some good helpful experienced work colleagues

Disengaged leadership, in charge of a rudderless ship. Poor or non existent communication. Senior management rarely visible at head office. No support in resolving problems or work issues There is no oversight or training for new and inexperienced head office support staff. Cash flow and credit issues causing difficulties in setting up and running projects

Although the rates aren’t amazing. The option to put a lot of hours in is there.

They just don’t care about their employees, they have such a high turnover of staff, at first I didn’t know why but I soon realised. They can’t run a job to save their lives, I really didn’t enjoy my time there.
