Weak Management team, Poor decision making on behalf of management, Company is not Independent Agent friendly - Does not respect the long term growth and profit agents have provided over the long haul, Short sited Management, Treats long term employees poorly, Reactionary Company. Very little opportunities to move up in the company. Egotistical decisions based on a distorted version of the marketplace. No Structured bonus program in place for dedicated, hard working employees. The current management team has destroyed the company.
