      reasonable workload and higher pay compare to my prior job. non-toxic work environment, benefits and PTO since day 1 hybrid schedule (remote/in office) and great onboarding experience, great co-worker and manager. Clean facilities. Breakfast or lunch provided once a week and snack bar provided.
